This is an Introductory Food Craving Workshop using EFT.

In this workshop you will

  1. Be introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and learn how to tap on your food cravings and negative emotions.
  2. Identify the relevant emotional themes for you.
  3. Identify and tap on limiting beliefs.
  4. What are your beliefs about what weight loss will give you that you don’t now have?
  5. How to identify your self-sabotage.  Part of you wants change and a part of you doesn’t.
  6. How to overcome exercise resistance.
